a mother, certified personal trainer, and nutrition educator passionate about helping other women create healthier, more sustainable lifestyles.

After becoming a mom, my approach to wellness shifted. I became deeply focused on realistic health habits that support not only physical strength, but also energy, nourishment, confidence, and everyday balance. What started as a passion for fitness evolved into a mission to educate women and families through approachable wellness resources that fit into real life.

On this site, you can find courses, guides, and blog posts centered around strength training, pregnancy & postpartum wellness, nutrition information for you and your little, and simple nourishing recipes made with whole foods for busy households. My goal is to make wellness feel achievable, supportive, and sustainable - whether you’re navigating motherhood, rebuilding your routine, or simply looking for healthier habits that last.

I believe wellness doesn’t have to be extreme to be effective. Small, intentional habits create long lasting change - and I’m here to help you build them.
