Burger Bowls

One of our houses favorite go to's when it comes to ground beef bowls! This delicious comfort food dinner will please everyone in the house. Customize your toppings anyway you’d like!
Ingredients:
1lb Extra Lean Ground Beef
1 Avocado
1 White Onion
1 Yellow Potato
1 tbsp Butter or Tallow
1 tsp Paprika
½ tsp Mineral Salt
2 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/3 cup Beef Bone Broth
3 tbsp Olive Oil
Recipe:
Start by peeling and cubing your potato, toss in olive oil, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, and ½ tsp mineral salt. Add into your air fryer and air fry at 375 degrees for 15-25 minutes, pause half way through cooking time and mix up potatoes so they cook evenly.
Cook your onion down on the stovetop with low heat in 1 tbsp of butter. Cook until soft or browned.
Cook your ground beef, drain grease, add 1/3 cup beef bone broth, 1tsp onion powder, and 1 tsp garlic powder. Return to the stove on low.
Slice avocado and split between two bowls. Plate your beef, onion, potato, and avocado. Top with sesame seeds and burger sauce (optional)
