Hot Honey Beef Bowls

One of my personal favorites, a sweet and spicy beef bowl loaded with protein and healthy fats.

Ingredients:

1lb Extra Lean Ground Beef

1 Sweet Potato (diced)

1 Cup Cottage Cheese

1 Avocado

2 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tsp Mineral Salt

1/3 cup Beef Bone Broth

1 tsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper

4 tsp Hot Honey

Recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, evenly spread diced sweet potatoes coated in olive oil and mineral salt onto parchment paper and a baking pan. Cook in the oven for 35-40 mins until cooked thorough and slightly caramelized.

  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, drain any excess grease.

  3. Return beef to the pan and add bone broth, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper. Stir and set on low.

  4. Evenly distribute beef over sweet potato in two serving bowls, then top with ½ cup cottage cheese, ½ avocado, and 2 tsp hot honey per bowl.
