Spinach Feta Egg Bites for Littles

Ingredients:

6 Eggs

1/3 cup Feta Cheese

1 tbsp Milk

2 tsp Onion Powder

2 tsp Garlic Powder

1/3 cup. Frozen Spinach

1/2 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine all ingredients (other than Olive Oil) to a bowl and whisk until evenly mixed and smooth.

  3. Lightly grease a cupcake pan with olive oil, and add mixture to cupcake pan filling 6 cups about ¾ of the way full. Be careful to not overfill.

  4. Cook for 9-15 minutes, remove when golden & allow to cool.

  5. For freezing: separate each egg bite with wax paper and then freeze, to prevent sticking together.
